Junior 2D Felt Animation Summer Field Trip: Children in preschool – 2nd grade (ages 3-7) are invited to enjoy an exciting storytelling journey with CCM's Critters & Museum Educators through facilitated 2-D felt animation, storytime, and exploratory sensory play. Maximum of 40 children.
Classic Clay Animation Summer Field Trip: For youth in grades 3 – 12 (ages 8+), this Clay Animation workshop be an immersion in a world of movie-making and storytelling driven by creative prompts that are fun for the whole group! Each participant will develop clay characters and bring them to life in stop-motion animation. Maximum of 40 children.
Group Size
Group maximum is 40 children with 6-7 chaperones (minimum number of chaperones is 2-3)
Group minimum is 12 children
If different age groups are attending, there must be at least 10 children in each age group.
Cost
Each adult's and child's ticket cost will be $12 and will be due before entry on the day of the event at our museum's front desk.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation, which can be purchased below and will be deducted from your final payment.
*Fee-waived admission is not available at this time for Summer Field Trips.
Chaperones
The minimum number of chaperones is 2-3, but we require 1 chaperone per 5 children. Proactive chaperones help facilitate the visit and keep your group together at all times. Museum staff cannot—at any time—be held responsible for any youth in your group.

Please identify any special physical, mental or emotional needs your group participants have when making your reservation. For those with physical disabilities, we offer an accessible entrance, elevators, and restroom facilities. The museum is wheelchair accessible with ramps near the entrances and elevators to all floors
